To apply for a spot in our Preschool Core Program, please fill out the below form and press submit. By submitting this form, you are confirming that you understand that submission of this application does not guarantee admission to the Scandinavian School in San Francisco or enrollment on the desired date. Please note that we have two programs at the school, the 5-day Core Program at the school, and the 3-day Nature Program on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. 

There is a $45 non-refundable application fee for new students only. Upon receipt of this form and the application fee, your child will be placed on our waiting list. Your application form will not be processed until the fee has been paid. Please note that there is only one application fee for both programs. To pay online, use PayPal and send the full fee to info@scandinavianschool.org. Program Options
In addition to our Preschool Core Program (9am-3pm, Mon-Fri.), you can enroll your child in our Morning Extended Care (8-9am, Mon.-Fri.) and Afternoon Extended Care (3-5:30pm, Mon.-Fri.) programs. Please indicate below if you are interested in either or both of these programs. (Note: Children must first be enrolled in our Core Program in order to enroll in the extended care programs)
